The brief


Tuddl is a performance and wellbeing app designed to help teams thrive under a hybrid working model.

We were hired to create a user journey film to promote their platform to mid/low funnel audiences and to help onboard new users.

Our solution

Research & testing

We spent a good chunk of time getting to know the app before embarking on our creative journey towards the finished video. We used the app as if we were a real user, exploring the features and learning the various ways in which the user journey might unfold.

Telling the clearest story

Once we’d acquired the mindset of their target audience we were able to put the blocks of the story in place, writing a script and developing a storyboard which were true to the real experience without getting stuck in the detail.

Real visuals, real experience

We used the live design files for the Tuddl iOS and android apps to create the visuals for this film with one key difference: we simplified, removed small text and reduced detail which wasn’t vital to the story. Viewers of the film are therefore immersed in a clear, succinct story from start to finish without unnecessary cognitive load.
