Background
ENVEA is a world class manufacturer of emissions monitoring products in the industrial and energy sectors. Their range is so extensive that it hasn’t always been easy for potential customers to narrow down exactly which of ENVEA’s game changing technologies is the right fit for their operation.
We were hired to change this by creating a mid-funnel animation to quickly highlight the benefits of each technology, significantly reducing the amount of research necessary for customers before they take next steps.
Solution
Communicating with an expert audience
Writing scripts and planning visuals for an audience that seriously know their stuff is something we specialise in. For this project we carefully built an approach general enough to communicate top line benefits but both visually and narratively accurate enough to sufficiently impress technical and engineering types.
Getting to grips with the tech
Our in-depth process meant working closely with the team at ENVEA to understand their technology, their customers, and their use cases. We dug through existing sales material, attended presentations, and asked a lot of questions. Gaining a foundational understanding is what allows us to turn pages of sales narrative into a bite-size film that gives customers exactly what they need to know.
Blazing a trail with animation
This was the brand’s first external marketing animation of this type. We worked with the client to carefully narrow down tone of voice, use of language and stylistic choice at the earliest stage to create a treatment that fit the brand and can be replicated for future campaigns.

Improved customer journey
Acting as a signpost on ENVEA’s website, this content guides customers in the right direction and reduces the effort expended by them in figuring out what they need.
One film, four pieces of content
In addition to the 2 minute master film we delivered three 45 second films, each covering a different product from the existing film for ultra-targeted offshoot campaigns.
Online, social, and sales
This film was made to generate maximum ROI, meaning it’s intentionally geared for use on landing pages, on social (with subtitles provided), and as an overview film for sales reps and presentations.
