Sapia is an ai powered hiring tool which facilitates online interviews and eliminates bias from the recruitment process. We were hired to create a brand film to turn heads, positioning Sapia as the ai innovators in the recruitment space.

Our solution

UI-inspired, people focused

Sapia offers an impressive dashboard and simple-to-use features like chat interviews. We knew from the outset that UI-style graphics would form the backbone of the story.

But… recruitment is first and foremost a people business.

We took a combined approach, mixing a stylised graphical interpretation of the product features with candidate imagery, giving a sense of both the product experience and the easy-access to candidates that Sapia facilitates.
